You do not need a membership plugin, and you do not need to move off WordPress. Paste two lines into a Custom HTML block and your live members, events and news appear on the page, straight from the CRM.

Two lines

This is the whole thing.

The CRM generates these two lines for your own chamber, with your slug already filled in and a copy button beside them. This is what they look like.

On WordPress

Three steps, and you are done.

1. Open the page in the block editor

Edit the page where your chamber content belongs and put the cursor where you want it to appear.

2. Add a Custom HTML block

Click the + button and search for Custom HTML. On a classic-editor site use the Text tab, and in Elementor, Divi or Beaver Builder use the HTML or Code widget.

3. Paste both lines and update

Paste the snippet, press Update, then view the page. Nothing is installed, so there is no plugin to keep patched and nothing that can break on a WordPress update.

Works the same on WordPress.com Business plans and above, which is where custom HTML is allowed.

Questions

What WordPress chambers ask us

Will it slow my WordPress site down?

No. It loads after your page has finished drawing, so your site appears exactly as fast as it does today. If our server were ever unreachable the space is simply left empty and nothing else on your page breaks.

Will it match my fonts and colours?

It borrows the typeface and link colour of the page it lands on, so it reads as part of your site rather than as a panel bolted on. If a borrowed colour would make the text hard to read it quietly uses a safe one instead, and you can set the accent yourself.

What if I later decide I want the free Chamber Culture website?

It is still there, included with your plan, whether or not you ever use it. Nothing about running Shareables on your WordPress site now makes that harder later, and nothing you paste in today has to be undone.
