Chamber Culture Chamber Culture CRM
New · live in the Riverside demo

Deals, jobs & news your members post themselves.

Give every member a reason to come back. The Member Marketplace lets your businesses post exclusive deals, job openings, and news from their own portal — you approve with one click, and it publishes across your website, your directory, and a live member feed. The features chambers leave ChamberMaster for, rebuilt and automated.

Three member benefits, one marketplace

The content members actually want to post.

Every chamber platform promises engagement. This one earns it — with the three things members ask for by name, and a reason to log in between renewals.

Hot Deals

Member-exclusive discounts and specials — the classic chamber perk, front and center.

  • Discount badge, photo & fine print
  • Auto-expires on its end date
  • Featured deals rise to the top
💼

Job Board

A local hiring board that keeps talent — and job seekers — inside your member community.

  • Type, pay, location & remote flag
  • Apply by link or email
  • Closes on its own when filled
📰

Member News

  • Headline, photo & full story
  • A lasting, dated news archive
  • Great for SEO and AI answers
Zero busywork for your team

Powered by members, curated by you.

Your staff doesn't create the content — they simply keep the gate. Three steps, and the marketplace runs itself.

1

A member posts

From their member portal, a business submits a deal, job, or news in seconds — with an optional ✨ AI polish that tidies the wording without inventing facts.

2

You approve

It lands in a simple pending queue. One click to approve, feature, or reject — so everything the public sees is verified and on-brand.

3

It publishes everywhere

Instantly live on your website, in your directory, and in the member feed — then it retires itself on schedule. No cleanup, no stale listings.

One post, everywhere

Published once. Seen everywhere.

A single approved post doesn't just sit on one page — it flows to every surface your members and community already use, and stays perfectly in sync because it all reads from one source of truth in the CRM.

Coming from ChamberMaster or GrowthZone?

The member benefits you'd miss — only better.

Hot Deals, Job Postings, and News Releases are the features chambers tell us they can't leave behind. So we rebuilt them: members self-serve, AI helps them write, approval is one click, listings expire on their own, and everything renders beautifully on your own domain — not an off-brand subdomain. Good questions

Member Marketplace FAQ

What is the Member Marketplace?

A hub of member-created content on your chamber's site — Hot Deals, job openings, and news/press releases. Your member businesses post it themselves from their member portal, your staff approve each one, and it publishes automatically to your website, your directory, and a live member feed.

Do members post it themselves, or does staff have to?

Members post it themselves in seconds from their portal — with an optional “polish with AI” button that cleans up their wording without inventing facts. Everything lands as pending, and a staff member approves, features, or rejects it with one click. Nothing goes public until you say so.

Where does the content show up?

Everywhere at once: on your public chamber website, inside your member directory, in the members' own portal feed, and over a JSON API for any other site. Deals automatically drop off when they expire, so the marketplace is always current with no cleanup.

Is this like ChamberMaster's Hot Deals and Job Postings?

Yes — these are the member-benefit features chambers know from ChamberMaster and GrowthZone, rebuilt and automated. The difference: members self-serve, AI helps them write it, approval is one click, it expires on its own, and it renders on your own domain instead of an off-brand subdomain.

Can I see it live?

Yes — the Riverside Chamber demo runs a live marketplace at riverside.chamberculture.com/community, with real member deals, jobs, and news pulled live from the CRM.
