Each tier states a member limit and a separate additional-contacts limit: 150 members and 1,000 contacts on Essential, up to 1,200 members and 8,000 contacts on Pro, with custom pricing above that. Chamber Culture CRM prices in bands by chamber size and does not meter contacts, so growing past a number inside your band does not trigger a new invoice.
Two things worth saying plainly. They publish their pricing in full, including setup fees, which most of this category will not do. And they have far more experience with association chapters than we do, along with chapter-specific features such as call for proposals and exhibit booth management that we do not build. If you are a chapter rather than a chamber, they are the better fit.
