Built or being built, not yet something you can switch on.

• →Native mobile apps for iPhone and Android. One Chamber Culture app on the App Store and Google Play, for chamber staff and members alike. Actively being built.
• →Zapier, in Zapier's own directory. The integration is published and usable today: seven instant triggers, nine actions and two searches, so a Zap can react the moment a member joins or an invoice is paid, and can create members, contacts, events, deals and invoices in return. You connect with a direct invite link. What is still to come is the listing itself: Zapier only adds an integration to their public directory after a period of real-world use, so it is not yet something you can search for there. Ask us for the link and it works from day one.
• →A formal third-party accessibility audit. Our own conformance report (VPAT 2.5, Section 508 and WCAG 2.2 AA) is published in full, including a human keyboard pass and the criteria we have not evaluated yet. What is still to come is an independent auditor checking that work rather than us.
• →Automatic renewals on PayPal, Authorize.Net and Elavon. All three take payments today, and all three can save a card; unattended renewal charges are proven on Stripe and still being verified against each of PayPal, Authorize.Net and Elavon on a real gateway account rather than in tests, so we will not switch them on for a live chamber until they are.
• →Two-factor authentication, enforceable for the whole chamber. Each person enrols an authenticator app and is issued single-use recovery codes, and a chamber can require it of every account rather than merely offer it. Built and in review, not yet something you can switch on.
• →Team management with roles, and reversible deactivation. A chamber admin assigns what each staff member can reach, and a person who leaves is switched off rather than deleted, so their history stays attached to the record and the decision can be undone. Built and in review, not yet something you can switch on.
• →A portal switcher for people who belong to more than one member business.
• →Scheduled reports delivered by email.

On the horizon

Genuinely further out. Listed so you know we have not forgotten, not to imply a queue position.

• →A SOC 2 readiness program.
• →Additional accounting integrations, guided by demand.
• →Newsletter advertising your members can buy. The pieces around it are already live: a community subscriber base held separately from your membership, with consent recorded per person, and billing that can invoice a business which never joined the chamber. What is missing is the slot itself, a sellable ad position inside a send with impressions and clicks reported the way our website and directory placements already are. Today an ad in a newsletter is a tracked membership benefit and an image in the email, not a product with its own inventory. If your chamber is building a consumer list to sell advertising into, say so and this moves up.
• →RSS feeds for news and events, for a town or partner site whose CMS wants to pull your content that way. An iCal calendar feed and JSON directory, member, event and deal feeds are all live today; RSS is the one format we do not publish yet. Small piece of work, and we will move it up for any chamber that needs it.
