That email was sent by mistake. We are sorry.

On September 8, 2026 you received an email from this system with the subject “Your Illinois Valley Area Chamber of Commerce listing sent you customer actions” or “Your Illinois Valley Area Chamber of Commerce member benefits”.

That email should never have been sent. It went out during a testing scenario run by Champlin Enterprises, the software company that builds and operates this platform. Illinois Valley Area Chamber of Commerce did not write it, did not send it, did not approve it, and did not know about it until it had already arrived. The responsibility is entirely ours.

Nothing is required of you. Please delete the email. Nothing about your membership has changed, no payment was involved, and none of your information was shared with anyone.

We have corrected the fault so it cannot happen again, and all email from this system to Illinois Valley Area Chamber of Commerce members is paused while we make sure of it.

If you have any questions, please write to us directly rather than to the chamber: [email protected]
